DC1014 - Daimler Fleetline CRL6/Park Royal Citybus The model - with P&T Model (Diecast) releasing a new casting of the DMS Fleetline in November 2016, it was only a matter of time before a Citybus example, or two, emerged.
THM596M was a Daimler Fleetline CRL6 / MCW H44/24D new as London Transport DMS1596 in February 1974. On disposal in February 1981 it passed to Graham's of Paisley as their D29, and was rebuilt to H76F. Wilson's of Carnwath acquired it in October 1986. Here it is, Merry Christmas and everybody is shopping.

However, the last complete vehicle did not enter service until 1983. It was superseded by the Leyland Olympian. Daimler Dealer Management System rather than Daimler Fleetlines, with emblems to match. They were easy to recognise, as they wore the livery that had been experimentally tried on DMS 46 in 1974: a white surround to the upper-deck windows. This livery became a standard for modern LT double deckers (DMS, MD, M and T) for a while, until the dead hand of accountancy was re-applied.
